If you order before 2:00 PM on a weekday, we’ll process and ship it on the same day. If you order after 2:00 PM, we’ll process it on the same day and ship it the next business day. If you order on the weekend or holiday, we’ll process and ship it the following business day. Subject to stock availability and security checks. In rare situations, like when an order is flagged by our fraud-prevention system, you may experience longer processing times. In these cases, we will contact you by phone or email to notify you of the delay.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
All TugaBeast orders are shipped from Portugal via CTT Post. Delivery in Portugal is made by CTT, the delivery outside Portugal is made by the post office of the country where the package will be delivered. Therefore, the delivery time will depend on the time it takes for this post office to deliver.
Estimated delivery time:
● Portugal: 1 to 3 business days;
● Madeira and Azores: 2 to 5 business days;
● Europe: 6 to 10 business days;
● Rest of the World: 7 to 20 business days.
If you live outside Portugal, you can choose the most suitable shipping option for you by leaving a note in the message box during checkout. All international orders may be subject to customs and brokerage fees. You are responsible for any duties/taxes and additional fees upon arrival in your country. Furthermore all buyers must be aware of importation laws in your region. TUGACLØUDS or TugaBeast are not responsible for any packages that are delayed, stopped and/or seized by lawful means in your jurisdiction.
FREE SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
The free shipping service is only available to European countries on orders over 50€. Due to the nature of these products, refunds, returns or exchanges are not accepted and all sales are final.
PROOF OF AGE
TugaBeast products are intended for adults only. A signature and proof of age (dependent on the province/state) will be required upon receipt of your package. If your signature and proof of age are not collected during delivery, your package will be sent back to our warehouse and you will not be eligible for refund on final sale items. Please do not place orders if you are under legal vaping age in your region. Please note that all packages shipped out will require a proof of age signature, regardless of whether you have purchased in the past or not.
Any faulty products received please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with the faulty product still intact with photographic proof. TUGACLØUDS or TugaBeast may ask you to send the product back to investigate the faults to that product to understand what went wrong, please note that the costs of shipping back will be your responsibility.
Please check the parcel upon receiving from courier. If there is an error in what you receive then return it to the courier and contact TUGACLØUDS or TugaBeast immediately. Once the parcel has been signed for, it is then the responsibilty of the receiver to have made sure everything is correct before accepting the parcel.
If your package is unclaimed within a specified time frame at the post office, or several attempted deliveries have failed. Your package will be returned to us. Once this happens you have two options: Get your order re-shipped – You will need to pay for re-shipping of your order, and any fees associated with unclaimed packages such as return shipping cost to us. Request an order cancellation/refund – Any fees associated with shipping will not be refunded, including original shipping charge. All final sale items will not be refunded, all eligible items will incur a 10% restocking fee. Please note that if you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost of your order will be deducted from your refund. Shipping Fees are NOT REFUNDABLE. Furthermore if TUGACLØUDS or TugaBeast incurs a return shipping charge for any unclaimed package, these fees will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
